Establish Clear Priorities bake them into your business plan - anyone could run your brand in your absence - revisit them often

Best strategy is to identify a Goal and back in to it * I want to grow sales by 5% what’s required and what do you need to do to achieve that objective

Look at what Steve Jobs and Elon Musk have achieved. Whats holding you back?
Draw a line in the sand and dont look back - Cortez burned the ships.
