I thought I’d do something a little different as we transition into the new year. Given how challenging this past year has been, I decided to address the specific comments and concerns listeners have been sending in. I’ve organized them into the series - 30 Days To Prosperity. Each day, beginning on the 1st, you’ll get access to a short podcast episode and video designed to give you one quick win that you can build on. By the end of the series you’ll acquire the skills and strategies to take your brand to the next level and beyond. You’ll also be able to revisit the sessions as many times as you need. So, who is this masterclass for? It’s for all emerging brands as well as any brand wanting a significant competitive edge. Existing brands should think of this as a checkup for your brand similar to your yearly physical. It’s always a great idea to take a step back to reflect and assess your brands performance and to make improvements as needed. Optimizing your brands performance will help you in the new year, especially since traditional strategies tend to deliver lackluster results while being extremely expensive. The same cookie-cutter strategies someone uses to sell motor oil will not differentiate your organic baby food. I’ve had the privilege of working with and mentoring hundreds of brands from pre-revenue to multi billions in annual sales. I’ve also help launch several brands and I’ve coached brands as they prepare to pitch including at the natural products expo west. As an emerging brand, I was shocked at the lack of quality resources to help brands grow and thrive. The sad truth is that the programs out there today won’t teach you how to compete with let alone beat the most sophisticated brands in mainstream. Fortunately, I was trained by the best and I’m going to share what I learned throughout this series and on all of my content. These are the same strategies I used to push around some of the largest and most iconic brands on the planet. They worked for my clients and they can work for you! A big difference with mainstream brands is that they have deep pockets and they invest heavily in training their teams. Most spare no expense. I was blessed to be trained by both Unilever and Kimberly-clark. We were the dominate US brands in all the categories I supported as a result of working with a well trained team. I’ve updated those skills and adapted them to help give you the edge you deserve while keeping natural natural.
