Why I Created This Podcast
I launched this podcast because I know how hard it is to build an emerging CPG brand.
As a co-founder of an innovative organic brand, I struggled to find practical resources that explained how to differentiate the brand, stand out on shelf, improve retail execution, and compete with much larger companies.
I had access to advanced category management training from some of the largest brands in the world. Most entrepreneurial brands do not.
So I created Bulletproof Your CPG Brand to help level the playing field.
The goal is to help mission-driven brands gain more runway, avoid expensive mistakes, and earn a stronger seat at the retailer’s table.
